believing Jesus is the savior doesn't guarantee your salvation. Following his words and loving everyone is what he actually said guarantees your salvation.
The only people who said that "believing Jesus is God is your ticket to heaven" were men not named Jesus.

No, following his word and loving others IS THE RESULT OF SALVATION - THE PROOF THAT YOU HAVE TRUELY BEEN SAVED. The Holy Spirit living inside you is WHO GUARANTEES your salvation.
