She said that California was to experience the big one in 45 days in mid July. Never happened.

I dont care what she has predicted, I just wanted opinions and what others were feeling.

The experts say probably yes. The hurricane season has a long way to go. If conditions keep changing the tropics might have hurricanes all year long with no break.

WOW! 615 thats incredible stuff, I never considered a hurricane season outside of its seasonal time frame, year long hurricanes will definately tear up the shores around the worlds active coastal regions.

heard yesterday (cspan-disaster warning hearings) that the hurricane year goes to november 1st (although i don´t see why one can´t have one on the second?)...anyway, they were saying that there will probably not be "more" but those we have will probably be "worse".
