The churches today are following the "traditions of Man" and not the commandments of God. In Mark 7:7, Jesus tells them they are worshipping in vain when they do this. It is no wonder the churches today have no power to defeat the darkness. They are a laughing stock!

For the most part, the average person is probably pretty blameless in the greater schemes of things. People are struggling every day and you have the gall to condemn them and threaten them with internal damnation because you fail to understand why they would object to a belief in your God to begin with, then tell them Jesus loves them.

Why would a kid born with HIV have any reason to believe in God? Then to top it off, you would tell him.. You better find him before its to late.. Before the guy that gave you AIDS casts you into a lake of fire after you die a slow death.

The thing is, people like you have been screaming fire since the dawn of time. You are controlled by a fear that shrouds it self in sense of false comfort/security that is literally threatened every day. It's no surprise that you lash out with threats of eternal damnation, to scare your self back into your comfort zone.

As a matter of fact, I see real Christians here make great heartfelt posts subtle and incredibly thoughtful, and I admire that as they actually promote the idea of love and understand that it takes time to mend a relationship with the creator, even if you don't believe in any God now, that is always subject to change.

It makes sense that we (as IMAGES OF GOD... learning life as we go) would keep recycling rather than living just one life.

We would pick up KARMA each life as we had different types of experiences.

These past life experiences could influence the way we act in this life and the choices we make. They could even cause us to SEEK SUFFERING so we can learn more compassion...???

There is nothing in Genesis about God PUNISHING us for DISOBEYING.
