The birds are acting weird here!
I live just east of Austin, Texas, and all the birds are acting weird. They are all flying north! Anybody have any theories?

Re: The birds are acting weird here!
There was an owl sitting on a limb about 12ft above where I sit outside and read. He stayed there from noon till 3:30 this afternoon. I went in and got the video camera and took photos of him. I sang him a song about what a beautiful creature he is and I showed him to the grandchildren after school. He finally left after my grandson kept trying to get him to come down and eat some corn grain. I have never seen a bird hang around so long
I am about 2hrs from Austin, towards the coast.

Some say it is electromagnetic energy. Maybe it has to do with the hurricanes?

ahhh, as somebody who has rode out many hurricanes. Thats just the start watch the insects as the storm comes closer. Ants in Texas will be busy tonight building up the ant pile levees and gathering supplies for the storm.

Iīve had static on the am radio most of the day. Seems to be clearing up now. Thatīs unusual for here. Donīt know if it has anything to do with it but itīs some thing out of the ordinary.
