Sadly...There will always be secular groups with the desire to control the uncontrollable...either for good or evil, but usually it’s the latter. Maybe one day the former will collectively have their day...but I doubt it, because it is more difficult to do thing properly with open channels for inclusion, sensitivity, respect and responsibility.
