You should also open a free Photoshop, or simular account, if you can't do it on your machine so as to re-size the pictures.

In my opinion the height size is the important one. About 300 pixels high is usually the best you don't want them appearing too big. Also crop out whats unnecessary.

Anyway just learn to do it even if you make a pigs ear of the first ones. As with everything practice makes perfect. Do 2 or 3 a day on a regular basis and before you know it...
