I can't think of any explanations besides it being a skydiver in one of those outfits that lets them drag in the air to slow their fall. But I just don't know. That is pretty weird.

OP, check out the other GLP thread on them awhile back. It had some good info - for search I think it also had "flying humanoid" in title. I've been reading about these things for years.

Also google them. There's lots of articles and videos about them. I think there is something to it. If it's not aliens then maybe it's some type of gov. black op.
