Theyve been there a few months. Is this good cause to seek official custody? Her mother asks me for money occasionally (actually she makes our daughter ask for money for food ro for school) and I provide it - but I think its going towards other things. My daughter is currently visiting me and was thinking this would be the time to file as I have her. Any advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunatley I do not know the laws in Texas. But thinking you would have to return her to her mother, since she already has custody, then take it to court, to file for full custody. Don't ask for advice from well meaning nutters on a conspiracy forum. Sit down with a lawyer who specialies in these issues. Come back here when you need to plan on bugging out due to government planned destruction of society. :)
