Violent Video Games for kids are OK according to.....

I've been playing video games for almost 30 years and majority of the games I play are probably considered violent. I agree with the Supreme Court (can't believe I admit to that).

i play the xbox 360, last week downloaded a demo 4, a FREE demo of duke nukem forever, and the game starts of duke nukem taking a leak, your looking out the eyes of duke staring down at the toliet on the wall urinnal, the name right

its inapropriate, and then 2 game, duke nukem shruck in a video, and a comment by a woman, i know were i would like 2 stick him

Yep, all the westerns with cowboys and indians killing and maiming each other are OK too. I'm not sure why you put the sexually assaulting part. That doesn't sound like a good game mechanic. It's not in any of my violent games that I play.

They still have the rating system for video games which the seller should abide by, although doesn't have to according to law... but most stores do. They don't sell M rated games to kids.

Just ban it for minors, then bootleg them outside the highschool. Throw it in free if they want a six pack and some pot...

Its not the governments job to tell your kids what to watch or what games he can play, its yours. This is whats wrong with this country, no one wants to take responsibility for there own actions. There is no need to ban violent games or movies just don't let your kids play them no reason to ruin it for everyone.

heres a thought, parents need 2 do that more, but another promblem is, parents/goverment workers 4 examply are telling them that there job is more important that making it in time 4 dinner with there kids, so they can do such a thing

I've been playing violent video games since i was about 5-6 years old (I'm 22 now) and even now I am still one of the most pacifistic and non-violent people you will ever meet. Video games don't cause people to become violent, that falls on the parents of the kids and the kids themselves. If the children's maturity level isn't high enough to handle said violent video games, then the parents should take responsibility and God forbid tell their kids no and refuse to buy it for them. Video games aren't the problem, people are. End of discussion.

Parents are responsible but teenagers get their own money,,, The retailers should be held to account if the kids are going behind their parents back. And your personal anecdote means shit in the grander scheme of things...
