Could anyone recommend me a herbal toothpaste?
I'm trying to get off the sodium fluoride as soon as possible. Does anyone here use a type of herbal toothpaste?

I used to buy Toms of Maine, but all my local stores are only carrying the fluoride Toms now. After hunting I finally found Burt's Bees non fluorite toothpaste.

Hopefully you won't have as much trouble as I did finding non fluoride toothpaste.

If you really want to go au naturel you can make a paste out of baking soda, water, and either finely ground dried mint leaves or make your own mint tincture.

I know they still make the Toms of Maine with no fluoride but my little ole town doesn't stock it anywhere...

I used to be able to find it but the last time I went to buy some I checked in several stores and none had the non fluoridated Toms... just the fluoridated Toms.. I was pissed that my choice was gone!!

The Burt's Bees that I found seems to do the job for me and there is no fluoride in it.

If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Re: Could anyone recommend me a herbal toothpaste?
Brushing technique is more important than your choice of toothpaste, so anything fluoride-free will do the trick as far as buffing off stains is concerned.
Want to know what really works? Buy your favorite mouthwash and cut it 50/50 with ordinary drugstore hydrogen peroxide! Use this as you normally would and DON'T SWALLOW! This will stop both tooth decay and reverse gingivitis!

I'm more concerned with the fact Sodium Fluoride doesn't seem to have any medical benefit and in fact creates cavities while also damaging your nervous system. I just want to be clean of all this shit. I just ordered some Kelp tablets to keep my Iodine levels up too.
