Well, it's hard to say because I just stay relatively inactive because it's so bad all the time. I've thought about the mold and I do live in a 30+ year old house, in Louisiana. However, I do not know where to look for black mold and I don't know what to look for. I've had a couple A/C people come out and they told me I had mold but not black mold.

This is the first time I have ever heard of this from a tornado.

ok...it is very humid and damp down there. heat + damp = problems. i would suggest you get some blood tests. it sounds like you have a mold issue in your lungs. not to freak you out, but, your symptoms out of the blue like that, and as pernicious as they are, something is wrong.

Epsom salt is high in magnesium and absorbs through the skin. Very good for the immune system.

The best form to take orally is magnesium orotate. It should be taken with calcium orotate and vitamin D3. This combo will greatly boost your immune system. Don't let the cheaper carbonate or citrate forms fool you, they don't absorb into the system nearly as well as the orotate form. carbonate 5-15% absorption, citrate 25-35% absorption, orotate 95% absorption.

Since chemicals are so hugely prevalent i would like to know more about what to do if you get a snootful and are suddently up the creek.
i know about activated charcoal, betonite clay, epsom salt baths, baking soda baths already.

Rarely mentioned as a dangerous side effect of betonite is the poorly understood choking hazard which comes about when clay or some other fibrous drink down the hatch coats nerve endings in the intestine. Many a confounded person has found themselves unable to swallow as a result further up the gi tract and passing out.
Not understood because this choking doesn't involve your windpipe, but a slacker esophagus.
Good luck if you have somebody to give you the heinlich, if not, gulp water immediately.

Additionally, for those that may have a poor diet and notice fatigue and other ill effects.

Did you now that glutton prevents nutrient absorption in many people? Glutton comes from wheat products and for many people almost impossible to avoid.

It's fairly easy to avoid once the diet is adjusted. Eat oats instead of wheat based bran cereals. Avoid wheat based pastas and other side servings like couscous, etc. Replace those with rice.

Avoid beer! It's full of glutton.

So what if you eat a lot of grapes every day?

Baking Soda is very effective against fungus both inside and outside the body.

Externally you can soak in baking soda to get rid of athletes foot.

Internally you can take 1/4-1/2 teaspoon in 8 Oz water up to 3 times a day (be careful...it is loaded with sodium)

Another effective antifungal is colloidal copper internally or you can make ionic copper with a bit of HCL and connect up an electrolysis cell with the copper connected to the positive electrode and the negative a pencil lead. I wouldn't ingest it unless the copper was very pure and the HCL was just about 1/4 teaspoon to a gallon of water and the electrolysis run till you see copper starting to deposit on the pencil lead.

Baking soda put in DMSO liquid can be applied externally to drive it into your body. The DMSO is also antifungal and anti-inflamatory. Make sure the body part is clean and free of other chemicals, perfumes, soaps, oils, etc as DMSO can drive many chemicals strait into the body.

DMSO is something you should stock up on. As well as the macro minerals and vitamins like C, magnesium and calcium. It's always good to have various forms of iodine as well.

When searching for colloidal silver, be sure to look for ones with the smallest particle size (and not ionic). I won't tell you the company name but there are ones that explain that surface area (and small particle) size is very important for good germ/virus killing potential. You would be hard pressed to make your own...although ionic silver from electrolysis is still good for topical applications...it is almost worthless internally and can cause heavy metal poisoning in large doses.
