Link at the end, but basically they have decided not to check status after arrests. That is against Federal law currently, yet Janet and Eric (Obummer's sideshow freaks) have shown no interest in going after California.

So, if they can flaunt the law, why does Texas get threatened with total shut down and criminal charges as soon as they complained about the TSA procedures?

Just another case where the Federal Government picks and chooses laws that suit their agenda. And just another (I wish it was the last) reason we should junk this whole current Government and start from scratch. Hell, anything else I type will probably get me arrested. Enough that they know I / we are getting sick and tired of working hard to survive and all we get back from our 'dear leader' is smoke up our asses.
