If a star is defined as self sustaining atomic reaction then the portions of the 8 cores of fuel from units 1-4 at Fukushima are stars, china syndrome, the portions that were aerosolized would be the portions that fall from heaven upon 1/3rd of the rivers accumulating over time, the portions that are melting there way to the center of the Earth would be the portions that that are upon the fountains of waters.
