I was switched to it without my permission when my webmaster purchased one for me when my last computer got killed. (3rd computer that year). I was under duress at the time, for reasons I will not cover here so I am not the laughing stock of GLP, and I really want NOT in the mood to learn the system. And since it's a big one, it didn't fit my body, had to find a whole new table to use, but I am loving it. Much better design and its so much more stable and so far its not dead. |

Having a blast, but doing apps for this is Object C, I think so maybe a new language or language variation involved, but that's no biug deal. I really like the functionality and mobility. |

(OP) 05/20/2011 11:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I fix PC crap for a living. I am one of my companies network admins for thousands of windblows machines. Not one of us personally own one. Yours truly runs Mac the rest of my department is hooked on Ubuntu. Quoting: TazWell, like I say, I see a strong play in MAC's future with the mobility and cost points. MS may have hard days ahead. |

A few people sit at a table and decide how something works at 6 billion people are forced to deal with it. Microsoft climbed to the top and good for them bit they are getting to comfortable there. Google OS Mac ubuntu they are all gaining market share at alarming rates and Microsoft seems to me atleast in complete denial. They are not making strives to adopt cloud computing or software leasing the world Is going to leave them behind. |

(OP) 05/21/2011 12:20 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Glad you like your new 'puter. Have heard much good about them and don't know whether or not it's true, but they supposedly don't get viruses. Quoting: Nine'sI think they are probably not targeted like Microsoft is but honestly, I have not studied if there is a deeper or more fundamental reason. |
