I don’t think there is any evidence that PROVES her guilt so far, and ever if there were, Casey is still innocent according to the Constitution.

I think it is a travesty of justice that she isn’t free on Bond, just what threat does a innocent woman that allegedly lost her child poses to the public. 90% of the people charged with murder in Florida get some sort of bond.
And how can evidence of a smell me evidence of a crime. Oh, yeah she left some fast food meat in the trunk too long, she is a murder.

I think everyone needs to put yourself in Casey’s shoes-what if that was you, she is the one that needs justice, she been wrongly accused of murder and has been in jail for over 3 years waiting for a trial, that is WRONG.

What if a drug dealing boyfriend or criminal had kidnapped the child and told her not to tell anyone of the child will be killed. Then she was questioned and arrested and she didn’t say anything. Then the kidnapper kills the child while innocent Casey is in jail. Instead of trying to catch the actual killer, the police are focusing on the innocent mother. This is crazy. Some reasonable possible explantion such as this could be the case, but no one will know because no one will exercise the Constitution and be impartial.

It is very sad how much you as a people have lost your way.

It doesn't make any sense. Murder...your life ruined, or give the child to someone who does want the child and you get to move on with your life.

That's like chalking the baby up to being a second rate fling that you suddenly want out of.

That's what I don't get. Surely she knew she would be caught and how would that give her the lifestyle she wanted of having no responsibilities.

From the frying pan of raising a child to the fire of never being able to get what she wanted by being a convicted murderer.

And adoption would have solved both of those problems. Granted the child might resent that, but would still be alive. And if you screen the adoptive parents if that is possible the child might not resent that at all.

Lets just say that this was in fact the case. Casey owes money to a drug dealing boyfriend and or such. I still would not be conducting my investigation (Casey)
In bars as a shot girl. I think that I might even tell the drug dealing boyfriend he will no longer be a boy if he didn't give me my daughter back . Especially!! Boyfriend, Nanny or grandma hurt my kid and I'd be in court because of what I did to you.

Was the pregnancy planned? Does she even know who the father is? If this pregnancy was a conscious choice, then I doubt she ever would have killed the child in the first place.
