Haven’t you ever heard of innocent UNTIL proven guilty? Florida is in the United States of America still right?
Well, no one seems to act like it.

I don’t think there is any evidence that PROVES her guilt so far, and ever if there were, Casey is still innocent according to the Constitution.

I think it is a travesty of justice that she isn’t free on Bond, just what threat does a innocent woman that allegedly lost her child poses to the public. 90% of the people charged with murder in Florida get some sort of bond.
And how can evidence of a smell me evidence of a crime. Oh, yeah she left some fast food meat in the trunk too long, she is a murder.

In my opinion she is innocent all the way.
I think everyone needs to put yourself in Casey’s shoes-what if that was you, she is the one that needs justice, she been wrongly accused of murder and has been in jail for over 3 years waiting for a trial, that is WRONG.

What if a drug dealing boyfriend or criminal had kidnapped the child and told her not to tell anyone of the child will be killed. Then she was questioned and arrested and she didn’t say anything. Then the kidnapper kills the child while innocent Casey is in jail. Instead of trying to catch the actual killer, the police are focusing on the innocent mother. This is crazy. Some reasonable possible explantion such as this could be the case, but no one will know because no one will exercise the Constitution and be impartial.

It is very sad how much you as a people have lost your way.

Oh... ok, an impartial attitude is what's got this country in the shape it's in. The super sick thing is that if this had been a babysitter, there wouldn't even be a fucking trial, it would have been chalked up as an accident. We've already aspired to that level. Still spending outrageous amounts of dough on trials for murdering parents though, Andrea Yates, Susan Smith, there's some justice for ya. Make me puke! You go ahead with your impartial fareness, and this will escalate where it happens more and more. There was a case where a father took his 9 month old baby, raped her with his buddy, then threw her up til her head hit the ceiling over and over, caving in her skull. It took her a while to die. Can you imagine that? His girlfriend, the mother, was there, in the house, and tried to hide what happened. There, now maybe he thought she was a sex toy, or a beach ball, maybe the boogie man did it. There is no excuse for 3 years we've all paid to house this bitch, or that sick fucker that killed his 9 month old daughter. Trials should be quick, speedy, as should punishment, you're right. The problem is not the constitution, the problem is how lawyers and defense teams have learned to manipulate it, and how the courts, and the people allow it to be done. That's the problem.
