United States Apocalypse Threatens Entire World, Food Crises Looms in America as Canada Turns To Russian Military for Defense

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Russian Subscribers

Russian Military Analysts are reporting this morning that the Military Leaders of the United States have authorized the mass burnings of thousands of dead in their most devastated Southern Regions in an effort to prevent an expected outbreak of mass diseases. These reports further state numerous US Army commanders are ‘pushing’ for the mass burning of large parts of their city New Orleans as the need to prevent disease outbreaks outweigh the recovery of more human remains.

This is civil war, nothing else. I have cousins abroad who are telling me that their media is reporting an open revolt in N.O with insurgents bringing down military helicopters, but CNN & Co aren´t reporting the true story.

The civil war has started. Accept it, deal with it.

The killing in N.O. represents systematic genocide. If you´re black and poor and still in the city, you´re dead meat.

This is just the start. It´ll be whites next, starting with "white trash" and then moving along to the middle classes. This is what Bush wants. And what he wants, he gets.

Wow! The debunkers are out in force on this one, even to the point of being stupid as to what´s going on.

Diesel Fuel Becoming Harder and Harder to Come By

Sep 01, 2005 - (Fort Wayne, IN) - Many area truck drivers are finding diesel fuel hard to come by.
And area consumers worry shortages and higher fuel prices will be felt at more than just the gas pump.

Fort Wayne Truck Plaza General Manager Louie Roth says, "Thank the Lord we have not run out of fuel yet. A couple of nights we´ve been real close. But it seems like when we get low they come in with a truck and dump the fuel in."

That´s the sentiment of one Fort Wayne truck stop general manager who says diesel right now is in short supply.

Louie Roth, the manager of Fort Wayne Truck Plaza, says diesel is definitely in short supply and he´s never sure when he´s going to get his next shipment.

Roth says, "I only got two loads today. There´s talk it´s just a day by day basis right now if we´re going to get fuel available or not."

Roth says a shortage of diesel could cripple the nation´s economy by keeping trucks off the road.

And he says many truck stops are already limiting purchases.

Roth says, "I know down in Indianapolis they´re only allowing them 100 gallons per truck."

Area residents we spoke to fear the skyrocketing diesel prices will soon start hitting the country where it really hurts, in the bread basket.

Fort Wayne resident Ronnie Walker says, "Oh yes, I expect a domino effect. With the cost of fuel, it has to hit someplace in order for them to even break even. They´re going to have to hit the customers that come in."

But Scott´s Food and Pharmacy President Dick Bergman says he´s committed to holding the line of prices.

Scott´s President Dick Bergman says, "I´m holding the line. I´m watching it every week. I know exactly what our fuel charges are every week. And quite frankly I´m not going to raise prices and I´m not going to accept cost increases.

He says many increases can be offset with careful buying.

Bergman says, "The last thing Fort Wayne shoppers need is a rise in grocery prices."

Bergman says Scott´s will continue their fundraising efforts for Katrina victims into next week.

And so far, he says shoppers have been very generous. (Edited by Nicole Hahn.)

Gasoline prices surge, sporadic shortages spread across United States
01:22 PM EDT Sep 02
BRAD FOSS

WASHINGTON (CP) - Supplies ran dry at a small-but-growing number of gas stations across the United States on Thursday as Gulf of Mexico coast refiners and pipelines remained hobbled by hurricane Katrina and motorists nervous about tightening supplies lined up to top off their tanks.

Most of the stations with Out of Gas signs and yellow caution tape draped across their pumps were concentrated along the East Coast and in Midwest states. Station owners said many of the shortages were temporary, exacerbated by panic buying and delayed deliveries.

A few stations turned off their pumps because wholesale prices were rising so fast that they were selling fuel at a loss - even as prices spiked overnight to levels well above $3 US a gallon.

Governors in Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania urged motorists to conserve fuel and they warned retailers about alleged price gouging. U.S. President George W. Bush also called for conservation and sought to calm motorists, saying that Katrina would only cause a "temporary disruption" to the supply of gasoline.

Gas stations ran dry in many states, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia West Virginia and Wisconsin.

Resort hotels also reported cancellations as some drivers opted to stay home instead of facing uncertain gas supplies over the Labour Day weekend. And no matter what the underlying causes of the worst gasoline supply crunch since the 1970s, many consumers were alternately incredulous and irate.

"I´ve never seen anything like this," said 47-year-old Robert Weems, who waited in line for three hours Thursday morning at a gas station 40 kilometres north of Jackson, Miss., before the pumps ran dry. He eventually found gas nearby for $2.39 a gallon. "It´s a black mark on our energy policy - one storm wiping us out like this."

Frustration also ran high in cities far from Katrina´s path, where the supply of gasoline, diesel and other fuels continues to tighten because of power outages that have stymied Gulf coast pipelines and refineries.

"Out of our 34 stores, we´ve had two or three a day that have been out of gasoline for part of the day," said Jay Ricker, president of Ricker Oil Co. in Anderson, Ind. Ricker´s gas is priced at $3.19 a gallon, following a 70-cent-per-gallon increase at the wholesale level since Tuesday.

Ricker said the worry among some motorists that gasoline will become unavailable is unwarranted and that, by pushing demand to unnatural levels, they were exacerbating the problem. "The system is not designed to have everybody´s tank topped off," he said.

But the country´s energy supply chain is designed in a way that puts enormous pressure on Gulf coast oil producers, refiners and pipeline companies that have been severely limited in the amount of fuel they can deliver to consumers up and down the East Coast.

Bush said during a televised news conference that until power is fully restored to refiners and pipelines "it´s going to be hard to get gasoline to some markets."

The Calgary-based Enbridge, Inc. said Thursday that part of its natural pipeline system in the Gulf Coast had sustained damage from the hurricane, but the full extent of the devastating storm was still being evaluated.

The company said initial inspections have identified damage in the Mississippi Canyon corridor, which is part of Enbridge´s offshore pipelines system in the Gulf of Mexico.

In addition, the Destin corridor pipeline - a joint venture operated by BP - is partially operational, Enbridge said.

While it could be weeks before all eight of the Gulf refineries that shut down are back in action, some key pipelines - owned by Colonial Pipeline Co. and the Plantation Pipe Line Co. - had resumed partial service by Thursday. However, analysts said it would take days, if not longer, for the supply constraints to be worked out of the system.

"Depending on what we learn in the next few days this may be the biggest oil-supply shock since the 1970s. We are now in the days of reckoning," said Cambridge Energy Research chairman Daniel Yergin.

Tom Kloza, an analyst at Wall, N.J.-based Oil Price Information Service, predicted: "This will get worse before it gets better."

Gasoline futures surged for the fourth day in a row on the New York Mercantile Exchange, sending prices 25 per cent higher in less than a week. Unleaded gasoline for October delivery settled at $2.409 per gallon, an increase of more than 15 cents.

Oil prices climbed too, even though traders say they are less concerned about the shutdown of petroleum platforms in the Gulf of Mexico than they are with the closure of refineries and pipelines. Nymex crude futures rose 53 cents to settle at $69.47 a barrel.

The Bush administration has begun loaning oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve and it relaxed environmental restrictions on the type of gasoline sold during summer. Analysts said these steps would have only a marginal impact on supply.

Also lifting gasoline futures was word that wholesale gasoline suppliers in the U.S. have been limiting the amount of fuel they sell to retailers in certain markets to make sure retailers do not take delivery of more than they need.

While gasoline shortages have been reported in many states, analysts and industry officials said the problem is not affecting a large percentage of stations at any given time.

"Prices are fluctuating wildly at the wholesale level and in some cases it´s not a question of what the marketer is going to pay, but rather they are concerned about whether they can get gasoline and diesel at all," said Greg Scott, a lawyer representing the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America.

Scott said the supply situation along the East Coast was "dire" and that it could get worse.

Crude reached a record intraday high of $70.85 a barrel Aug. 30. Oil prices would need to reach $90 to surpass the inflation-adjusted high set in 1980, while retail gasoline prices would need to average $3.11 a gallon.

The U.S. Minerals Management Service said Thursday that 90 per cent of the Gulf of Mexico´s oil output was out of service, with more than seven million barrels of production lost since Friday. The agency said 79 per cent of natural gas output was shut down, resulting in a loss of 42 billion cubic feet of lost production since Friday.

Who Is Jamming
Communicatins
In New Orleans?
By Wayne Madsen
9-2-5

Who is jamming communications in New Orleans? Ham radio operators are reporting that communications in and around New Orleans are being jammed. In addition, perplexed ham radio operators who were enlisted by the Federal government in 911 are not being used for hurricane Katrina Federal relief efforts. There is some misinformation circulating on the web that the jamming is the resault of solar flares. Ham radio operators report that the flares are not the source of the communications jamming.

If anyone at the National Security Agency is aware of the source of the jamming, from direction finding or satellite intelligence, please discretely contact me at [email protected] (from a private or temporary email account). In this case, the Bush administration cannot hide behind national security and it is the duty of every patriotic American to report such criminal activity to the press. Even though the information on the jamming may be considered classified -- it is in the public interest to disclose it.

Also, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is reporting that no aircraft over New Orleans have been fired on over New Orleans or anywhere else in the area. Are the reports of shots being fired at aircraft an attempt by the Bush administration to purposely delay the arrival of relief to the city´s homeless and dying poor? The neocons have turned New Orleans into Baghdad on the Mississippi.

Over 500,000 in shelters now and they´re having to fly out the refuges now to other cities too.

FEMA kept people from responding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah you debunker fucks....read it for yourself what kind of ´master´ your serve!!!

WASHINGTON D.C. -- Michael D. Brown, Under Secretary of Homeland Security for Emergency Preparedness and Response and head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), today urged all fire and emergency services departments not to respond to counties and states affected by Hurricane Katrina without being requested and lawfully dispatched by state and local authorities under mutual aid agreements and the Emergency Management Assistance Compact.

“The response to Hurricane Katrina must be well coordinated between federal, state and local officials to most effectively protect life and property,” Brown said. “We appreciate the willingness and generosity of our Nation’s first responders to deploy during disasters. But such efforts must be coordinated so that fire-rescue efforts are the most effective possible.”

The U.S. Fire Administration, part of FEMA, asks that fire and emergency services organizations remain in contact with their local and state emergency management agency officials for updates on requirements in the affected areas.
First Responders Urged Not To Respond To Hurricane Impact Areas Unless Dispatched By State, Local Authorities

“It is critical that fire and emergency departments across the country remain in their jurisdictions until such time as the affected states request assistance,” said U.S. Fire Administrator R. David Paulison. “State and local mutual aid agreements are in place as is the Emergency Management Assistance Compact and those mechanisms will be used to request and task resources needed in the affected areas.”

Paulison said the National Incident Management System is being used during the response to Hurricane Katrina and that self-dispatching volunteer assistance could significantly complicate the response and recovery effort.

FEMA prepares the nation for all hazards and manages federal response and recovery efforts following any national incident. FEMA also initiates mitigation activities, trains first responders, works with state and local emergency managers, and manages the National Flood Insurance Program and the U.S. Fire Administration. FEMA became part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on March 1, 2003.

What a load of crap, Russia is even more corrupt than the US and Canada. Look at how well they have handled Chechnya. Many of their troops are unprofessional conscripts and would simply be a burden to highly trained Canadian forces, currently serving and retired.

We certainly could use more heavy military equipment. Especially Aircraft and Russia has some excellent Aircraft such as the Kamov (well done boys.) But for disasters Heavy Construction Equipment is King! Canada has more Heavy Equipment and trained operators per capita than anyone else in the world.

Chances are Russia would need us before we would need them.
