I think it is interesting that him and his buddies investigated McCain's citizenship because he was born on a US base outside our borders, but nobody investigated him. Then he co sponsored the bill that says he is absolutely not eligible. I don't see how any judge, even in the 9th circuit court, could ignore this as evidence that he is not eligible.
We need judges, senators, and congressmen that know what the constitution says and why it was written that way. We need judges that will take Obama at his word and get him out of the white house. Of course that will not happen because there is no one in DC with enough balls to do what is right.

This is it in a nutshell. For example, my wife was born, in Atlanta, to an American mother and Japanese father. He later naturalized but it doesn't matter, my wife is in-eligible to be President since both parents were not American citizens. She is eligible to be in congress, senate, governor, etc..

It presents a clear conflict of interest. If she was President and we had to, say, impose economic sanctions on Japan, she would have a conflict since half her family is there.

Same thing with Obama, both parents were not American citizens, regardless of where he was born.

Question is, does congress, senate, governors have the stones to take up the issue. It would create a constitutional crisis but honestly, so what?
