I think regarding fatima there is an interesting comment by John Paul II. That there was no point in revealing it because ot was too devastating. However, without knowing how much time we had ahead, he should have shared the secret and not kept hi for himslef and maybe the elite... Or it portrayed a false prophecy regarding the fall of the RCC. Ratzinger beleived it to be a warning and not fate and that it could be avoided. So I guess it's more church related than our usual doom topics. He quit, changed the timeline. Not all bets are on again.
