WWYD!!! BABY HURT IN L&D!!!

My sister's laying in a bed in labor & delivery right now, recovering from a c-section, and she got a roommate this morning, a teenager in labor. When the doctor was checking the teen's dilation progress, he found the baby was breech and TORE the baby's perineum (the skin between the vaginal opening and anus). So baby girl was born with a gaping rip from her vagina to her butt, and is being transported to a NICU for surgery right now. But the teeny mom doesn't realize the doctor injured the baby. She thinks the baby was just born that way. My sister doesn't know if she should say something, even though she heard the pediatrician say it was an injury. WWYD?? I think my sis has to say something.
