They're having trouble finding workers to go to Fukushima reactors
The prolonged crisis at the quake-stricken nuclear power plant in Fukushima Prefecture is increasingly wearing down front-line workers, as the exhausting and dangerous work shows no signs of letting up.

Companies supplying the workers say safety fears have grown, particularly since three workers were exposed to high levels of radiation last Thursday from leaked water at the No. 3 reactor of the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant.

Although some workers continue to return to the plant to avert a catastrophe, others willing to help cool down the reactors acknowledge they are more concerned about their next paycheck.

Maybe we can volunteer some American politicians. I know a Kenyan who can't do anything else.

I'm down, but I want a last meal please, and you have to pay for my airfare, physical & chemical protections, and a decent hotel with bottled water

You'll get two meals a day, and a bottle of water every day!!!

"Their food and water intake is rationed.

"For breakfast we eat emergency high-energy biscuits. Dinner is quick-boiled rice and canned food," Mr Yokota said, adding: "I don't think the workers are getting enough nutrition from the food they are receiving."

The workers are restricted to packaged food because of radiation contamination fears, Reuters reported. They stuff the food into their mouths once they open the packets to avoid contact with radiation.

The high levels of radiation contamination in the air at the plant also means the workers wear masks even in the safe room where they eat and sleep.

The Yomiuri Shimbun said each TEPCO worker is only allowed 1.5 litres of water per day, so they do not bathe, and wash their hands with alcohol instead of water.

They rarely change their clothes, and some workers have complained about not being able to change their underwear, Mr Yokota said."

what , have they gone thro' the first 50 they were given already, they just cant go thro' workers like this, there needs to be an inquiry and some rules put in place as to how many workers you can kill of in one nuclear plant per month

These guys should be eating like kings. God damn. I hate me a piker.

Where can I send these guys some sushi and sake to get this thing under control?

There should be a whole army of hookers for these guys, too.

Hey did anybody invent those full-body condoms yet?

Probably don't want to "feed" the cancer. Half starving helps.
