Who will take care of the Greys and other PLFs after TSHTF?

All of those programmed life forms are presumably innocent. When Dulce and other sites lose services/access to food, who will look out for these little guys? Maybe GLP should start an adoption network for them. I have room for one small PLF and a deprogrammed reptilian. Maybe they could even help out in my grow dome. It would suck to have to put everything in the blender for the Grey though.
