I've seen reporters, even presidents, make some screw up a sentence or two...but I don't ever remember seeing people completely melt down like this on the air.

Wondering if people are being effected by 'something'. If we all went crazy at the same time who would notice?

That was almost painful to watch! I get bad migraine headaches and never had that happen to me, other than a word or two, not a whole stretch like that ...

I thought it highly suspicious that the first lady it happened to was NEVER taken to a hospital for an MRI or anything ... instead a colleague just took her home?

I wonder how often it happens on taped videos, not live ones, and they edit it out.

There was another female reporter this happened to within days or a couple of weeks of the first female reporter mentioned above. I remember it being on the news for a few days. Saw that video of the Grammy report so many times it's sick.

The guy...he's a new one. Didn't hear about him. Wonder what's going on with them?

I wonder if they have a special earpiece contraption that feeds them what to say that goes all screwy. There was some program about when Clinton was running for office, he had some ear piece so handlers could tell him exactly what to say. May be the same sort of thing and it gets glitchy and they can't improvise....

I just watched the two vids again. They could have had earpieces...it's hard to say. I think at least the last vid, with the guy reporting, had a teleprompter. I don't know if they would bother feeding what to say through an earpiece to a woman covering the grammies though.

Instead they blamed it on a medical condition...as far as I know.

But what about Ian Punnet in the sound clip above? I doubt he had an earpiece nor a teleprompter. Could have just been nerves I guess.

They said that Bush had an ear piece and that explained why he would say weird shit. he would start to say something & then say "No don't say that" or something like that where you could tell there were at least 2 people in another room that he could hear talk & he was just supposed to repeat their words.

I thought maybe for the guy above (not Ian) that he was trying to read the telelprompter & it was all screwed up but I don't think he would have went on that long if that was the case. I remember Peter Jennings doing something like that once but he apologized real fast & said he was trying to read something that was written wrong.

Soon we will not have to speak to communicate.

I know sometimes I talk to fast (mind goes a lot faster than mouth) & I will say 2 word together such as:
'volcasion' for 'volcano explosion'
or something like that but I don't keep going on. I stop. Same with nerves, if I am nervous & make a mistake like that0jumble up a few words, i stop right awawy & say it over.
The way these people keep on going is so weird. i think it is some form of brainwashing that messes with their mind.
