Another good book that explains how to raise your vibration using simple techniques is entitled "Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting", by Lynn Grabhorn. She explains the principles taught by Abraham (channeled by Esther Hicks). I can attest that these techniques work, just from my own personal experience of them.
