I was thinking about going to a bulk food store soon. Can you use food stamps for bulk foods?

I know there are a lot of others out there that have had to apply in this economy and since we're not the welfare types, buying in bulk, purchasing seeds etc., is the best way to make the most out of the situation and use it to become more self sufficient. Mrs. Smith, If you DO order Shumways catalogue, please pay attention to the notations for heirloom varieties. These, in my opinion are the ultimate. Particularley the tomatoes and green beans. You'll be well pleased with the majority of the purchases you might make. If you take a cutting from some of the tomatoes, plant them in a pot with a sterile potting soil and fertilize, you'll get tomatoes at Christmas!
