Good question. I remember reading a news story last year that Costco was going to start accepting EBT. Will have to check that out.

I know there are a lot of others out there that have had to apply in this economy and since we're not the welfare types, buying in bulk, purchasing seeds etc., is the best way to make the most out of the situation and use it to become more self sufficient.
