if something ultra top secret were posted here, my theory is by the time the agent who could DISCERN it as such found out it was on GLP, it would ricochet through cyberspace and be impossible to root out. i don't mean someone giving names of spies, or divulging special ops military plans, i mean the top secret experiment crap along the lines of dulce base, ect.

what reference IS there [of secret material] that can be consulted to compare with what's on these forums? when it comes to government secrets, there must be terrabytes of text alone. do they feed forums like this through some kind of analyser program?

i think their best bet would be to act like it was just stupid internet mind games [kind of like the pole shift], and not call attention to it.

I consider HAARP something of a whipping boy for all enigmatic meteorologic and geologic things.

I've disproved its cause of ripple clouds after watching time-lapse imagery of weather satellites showing mountains causing downwind rippling. Ripples happen in sand, water and even in my cup of tea*.

After a lot of reading, however, I do believe that people have taken Tesla's scalar inventions and created powerful weapons with them, and they are certainly not something you will see a website for, nor graphs and charts of their activity.

Take a bit of heat here, put a bit of energy there, form spherical force field shields, create earthquakes at will, etc.

I have seen and copied seismographs showing regularly timed tremor activity in some of the PNW volcanoes that defies any natural explanation, and wierd cloud 'holes' hundreds of miles wide that move against and across incoming weather fronts, as well.

What I do want to ask you is if you think that Col. Tom Bearden's exposé on the Russian/Japanese collaboration producing doomsday scalar weaponry is accurate, or has he just created fantasy players with make-believe armament?

Is it legit and accurate or the usual BS disinfo with the tasty chocolate coating of truth wrapped around a small lie to decieve?
