I fly the flag because it is the same gas in the underground tank. If it is raised before then....you are getting taken advantage of. The BS Flag is for any retailer who raises prices before the market opens.

I always re-fill when I reach the halfway-mark. That way I don't have to mortgage the house to fill up, and even if it's getting close to the fill-up time I still have about a 250 mile cushion in case an emergency happened. Live in the trees up in the hills, so I learned to do this in case of a wildfire.

Besides, they hand out Milk-Bones to my dog so that way she gets her treats (like she needs them!)!
