Does that include giving up beer? I could give up food, think about all the time spent grocery shopping, hauling, preparing, cooking, and cleaning up food...I'd love to free up that time. Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation. Maybe it looks scary with all brainwashing that took place when all of us were kids (don't look at the sun...), but it's like any other skill you try to learn. There are rules but and at first is so scary but after a while with the strength of will we adapt and evolve in finding tactics that suits us best and WHOALA. The sufficiency of energy is another thing. I think that it's of a individual nature. Nevertheless a whole new approach of way of living is emerging that can affect us as a race.

Of course not. You would need a host of nutrients and trace minerals and you wouldn't want to harm your metabolism. Would help with inflation and getting healthy foods digestible for us older folks.
