*Import tariffs.
*Fund existing social security and medicare with cuts to the military budget including ending all wars and foreign military bases. Allow all those that wish to opt out of social security etc.
*Abolish the Fed. Reinstate sound money to compete with Federal Reserve Notes in the free market.
*Massively cut entire departments from the Federal Government including the dept of education and agriculture.
*Leave the UN.
*Eliminate income tax, the IRS, and property taxes. Institute a fair tax or flat tax is also acceptable.
*Make government service voluntary. No pay, no benefits.

Thats a start. I promise you this country will prosper if you do those things.
