I would create reeducation camps for liberals. I would mine the southern border. I would make Detroit,Baltimore,New Orleans and L.A. walled prison cities {like in escape from New York} in order to house the undesirables. And that's just for starters. Citizenship would require some sort of federal service{like Starship troopers}. All citizens would be required to be armed at all times. All aggravated felonies would be death penalty offences and only a single appeal would be granted. and much more.
