I would create reeducation camps for liberals. I would mine the southern border. I would make Detroit,Baltimore,New Orleans and L.A. walled prison cities {like in escape from New York} in order to house the undesirables. And that's just for starters. Citizenship would require some sort of federal service{like Starship troopers}. All citizens would be required to be armed at all times. All aggravated felonies would be death penalty offences and only a single appeal would be granted. I would use every weapon in our arsenal to include Nuclear and Biochemical to end the current conflicts and assure global dominance. Then I would remove all U.S. troops from foreign soil with the admonishment to any aggressors that we would retaliate with our most destructive weapons if attacked. I would create a policy that we harvest the organs of any person found to be in the United States illegally. The organs would then be sold on the world market to fund deterrence and apprehension programs.
