Like a empire, I would put opposing nations into place via military force. I would have 0% unemployment due to massive push for military service and using the military to replace private contractors. In 10-15 years of that I would have rebulit 90-90% of USA roads and civil systems. Having huge economic growth during the time due to everyone working with reasonable wages. Putting HEAVY traiffs on forgein imports even if they are from U.S. companies. Meaning everyone not in my military would be working in industry.after 5 years of prosperity, I would start WW3.
