MOON LOOKS ROTATED!GO AND LOOK FOR YOURSELVES!!!

Astronomy is probably thee largest amateur science done in the world. And people have been doing it for 500 years. If things were off, even by a little, there would be so many people that would know it would be impossible to hide. As it is, all the amateur astronomers know this is normal. Go to any astronomy forum you can find.

It's either that or every single amateur astronomer in the world is in on the plot.

Really, if this JUST started and others have noticed it, but they have shills who tell them they are crazy, what do you think most are going to do? Two choices here:

1. - You must be right and I never looked at the moon before tonight. And who wants to be called crazy?

2. - They try to get out what they see, even if it means they are called crazy. Who is this hurting if we are wrong anyways? NO ONE

NO! That's exactly why I have no patience for this kind of bullshit. 9/11 was an inside job and the Moon is doing what it's been doing for the last four and half billion fucking years!

There is no comparison between accepting something on the say-so of a central authority (e.g. the official 9/11 conspiracy theory) and accepting something based on billions of observations by millions of people over not years, not decades, not even centuries, but fucking millenia.

Astronomy is the queen of sciences. No science is older. No phenomena are more thoroughly studied. The heavens have been watched and recorded for thousands of years. To suggest that the Earth could rotate - even by a thousandth of a degree! - and no one would notice so long as NASA kept it "hush hush" strikes me as either the most profound and stupid ignorance or intentional disinformation being spread by shills wanting to discredit the observations of rational people that the government is lying its ass off about 9/11.

You don't understand astronomy? Fine. But before you suggest that the Earth has titled on its fuckin' axis why not ask someone who does understand astronomy?? Don't trust the government?? No problem! Ask anyone who doesn't work for NASA. Don't even trust people with college degrees? Also no problem! Ask any amateur fucking astronomer who graduated high school and does it for a hobby! There are literally millions of people who document this shit every fucking day just for the hell of it!

No one chart can show the orientation of the Moon for all people at all times at all latitudes. So it doesn't bother.

The simplest and clearest illustration (also the easiest way to draw the thing) is oriented either up-and-down or left-to-right. Since the latter is closer to what most of us in the northern hemisphere see during the warmer nights, and is aesthetically more pleasing, and allows you to present the view in row (instead of in column), it is the usual default.

I'd buy your argument if I lived on the North or South Pole!

A phase diagram only shows how much is lit, not how it is oriented to the viewer, which depends on the time and place.
