I have been saying the same thing about where I live...I can just tell something is off. I am going to test when the sun is set to rise...runs off to find my lat and long so I can make a calendar and check.

Okay for today it tells me this:

Twi: 7:13am
Sunrise: 7:43am
Sunset: 5:23pm
Twi: 5:53pm
Moonrise: 8:01pm
Moonset: 8:34am

Twi: Means Civil Twilight. Or the time when people start to see light in their area. I did the lat/long based on my house position.

The thing is...My kids leave every morning at 6:40 AM and it is already LIGHT outside!! I mean twilight is coming like a half an hour early here. A difference at least.

My 14 year old say he thinks the earth is going around the sun faster....not that the earth is spinning faster on it's axis, but literally going at a faster revolution around the sun. Just his thoughts.

This was predicted by a series of channelings in the early 1980's called the "Law of One" series.

According to them around this time (2011) the Earth's axis would start tilting back 22 degrees to a (nearly?) upright position.

It's not clear over what time period this axis move occurs, but the end result is that there are no more seasons and that you always have equal day/night times everywhere. I assume this would cause a more temperate climate everywhere.

This was supposed to be a good thing, which I think too.

Where is it in Canada that we can check this? Although based on what we have seen it would mean that in Canada it should rise like 5 days early. Okay found a place...

Not like anyone lives there and can really tell us though and of course it shows that the sun is already rising there anyways. Only thing we can all really do now is check and see if twilight is happening earlier then it was supposed to, no matter where we live.

The only link we have right now are the ones that others have also provided showing that the sun was not going to rise until at least the 24th. It showed actually that there was no sunrise set for yesterday.

That and the other 4 or so people who live in Alaska and are saying that there is light earlier and brighter then it should be and that the weather is weird. Oh and no northern lights...I thought that was most interesting.

The lack of Northern Lights may indicate a collapse or weakening of the Earth's magnetic field. This means that more Cosmic rays are penetrating the Earth's atmosphere. This is also a good thing because they are raising our vibration.

Anyone have a link to the info of the sun rising 1 day early in Norway? Want to send it to some doubters. Thanks.

I believe what could be happening is that the actual position of the Earth in relationship to the Sun, meaning, the distance between the two, is slightly changing.

See, right now, the Earth is at Perihelion to the Sun. The Earth reached Perihelion, around January 3rd or 4th of 2011. This is the Earth's closest approach (in distance) to the Sun. Now, if there are extreme Northern Latitude countries that are seeing sunlight earlier-than-usual, this would tell me that the Earth is getting even closer, just a little bit, to the Sun, during the Perihelion Stage. Why? Something is very wrong with the orbit of the Earth around the Sun. Like a slingshot, as the Earth inches closer in distance to the Sun, than normal, the Earth is speeding up it's movement around the Sun, while at Perihelion, but also increasing it's angular momentum around the Sun, giving the 'sling shot effect' more power. In essence, at Aphelion, around July 3rd, 4th of 2011, the Earth will be at a greater distance from the Sun, and it will prove to be a COOLER-THAN-USUAL SUMMER!!! This is what I see happening.

What is causing the Sun to rise, earlier-than-usual in extreme Northern Latitude countries? Either the Earth and Sun are now closer together at Perihelion, in distance; The tilt angle of the Earth has changed to become lesser, smaller than 23.5 degrees, or there is occurring a drastic change in the upper atmosphere of the Earth to where it's becoming colder, alot colder, and it's developing a whole lot of ice crystals. These crystals could be reflecting sunlight back onto the Earth's surface, to make it APPEAR that sunlight is coming earlier-than-expected, when really, it's an upper atmosphere problem, that could be caused by the Earth going into a deep cold. This could be caused if the Earth is moving away from the Sun right now, at Perihelion, increasing the distance between the Sun and the Earth, because of some kind of angular momentum anamoly. It's true though, most Northern Hemispheric Countries are experiencing colder-than-usual temperatures during this winter of 2010-2011. Perhaps the NASA Guy, Mike, was right! If the Sun is losing mass, that means the Sun is also losing gravity, as mass and gravity are directly proportionate. If this be true, this is the scenario where the NASA Guy talks about increasingly deeper and longer winters, with shorter, much hotter summers. Either way, we're in deep trouble. Crops are going to fail and the weather is going to be whacked out. You know the rest of the story from here...

It'll be interesting to see what happens, and which of my above-stated scenarios is the case. Will have to wait and see.
