I'm drinking a 40 of Schlitz for breakfast in honor of the good Doctor.

So I teach second grade at a Title One inner city school. We have thirteen children in our class, one of which is white..... she happens to be Special Education [Emotionally Disturbed].

Anyway, we watched a video on MLK and immediately afterwards she pops out of her seat and motions across the class:

I'm the only white girl in the class!, she says.

I said: That's right!

Then she adds: "Because of Martin Luther King, Jr., I can go to school with all these black children."

Pinnage!!!!!!

Every year on MLK day I cook ribs and greens. I do other things too but I don't want to get banned twice in the same month...
