Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1182218I learned the hard way on the insurance. They don't add it or even mention it when you buy the Policy. I live on a hill 200 feet above the Town. For $25 a year the sewer backup adder would have saved me so much time and trouble. Installing a backup prevention device (not cheap) would also have prevented $30,000 loss in contents and reconstruction. If you are in a house connected to municipal sewer just picture 3 hours of backflow into your basement or house.  * poo insurance is good,yes. :minimoran:~in mundo,sed non de mundo~ |
