LEt me be clear im not alleging anything I asked a question. In my OP I even said its just a question. I am simply trying to see if GLP knows if or not Bans could be construed as a form of invidious discrimination and if so to cut that off at the pass so to speak. I am trying to help is all.

Ok then - No. Especially in my case I'm an equal opportunity
banner. I ban people for the following reasons - hating on
GLP or the owner, spam, porn, death threats, racial epithets,
and blatantly abusive sexism. That's it. If there is anything
discriminatory in any of that please clarify. This is a
privately owned website and is not subject to constitutional
protections as far as speech goes.

Seriouly Ed this is the first time in my entire life I've ever heard, (hang on a minute I smell baby powder!) OK I'm back. Yeah this is the first time I've ever heard ANYONE say invidious in a spoken way. You get todays nerd award. It isn't often people say a word I've never heard of. (smile)
