The AFS is the one who blew the whistle on the operation and halted any further action. Surely Wheeler had a lot of inside information in regard to that event. I am not attempting to paint Wheeler as guilty or not guilty, I am simply saying he was in a position to know such things, more than most other people. He also worked at the SEC as secretary. He is obviously a high value target/asset... which one of those he is remains to be seen... |
