Well done. Off to die for the bankers and globalists. Sorry that you will never see him again. Our military will be marooned over there so they cannot come back to defend their families when unrest starts.

What a model parent! Again, well done.

I did not encourage him to join the military but I do respect and support his decisions and choices in life. He feels that this is his path in life - something he is suppose to do.

He doesn't want out - he's career military - planning on college after this tour, then officer training and aiming for General someday.

He joined to make a difference - not because of finances or because he supports the war or because he wants to shoot people and blow things up.

May he be safe.

My son spent a tour in Afghanistan and 2 tours in Iraq. He returned in April. We're praying he doesn't have to go back again for at least another year.

I hate these wars.

Whether he supports the war or doesn't, whether he wants to stay in or get out...doesn't matter. From one mom to another I pray your son comes home safe and you are able to hug him again. That is all that matters.

No...my stepson was deployed to an extremely isolated FOB in Afganistan with the Marines twice.
They have satellite phones and generators. He was able to call home 2 or 3 times a month.
I guess your son will find that out when he gets there.

That's good. Hopefully he can make a difference and understands what and who he is up against. Typically though, the good people have to leave because they realize how perverted it all is. I mean technically, there should not even be a professional army.

He's leaving behind his 10 month old daughter and a pregnant wife.

His wife's brother just left for Afgahnistan as well. He's a Marine sniper and is in a far more "hot zone" then my son is going to.

So how does he feel about putting his life on the line to fight for the freedoms of people who dance in the streets and celebrate whenever an American soldier is killed?
