Re: Received email from Cornell Lab of Ornithology re birds.
I'm willing to bet that autopsy has revealed that the birds died from oxygen starvation.

just none of the people who were on site thought to look to see what color the mouths (tongue especially) was on the birds, thus no one 'in the loop' of official inquiry can tell us other than the 'official story'.

The birds in Italy have 'blue mouths' indicative of hypoxia (lack of oxygen).

As your bird friend if they showed signs of hypoxia. Let us know how he answers.

I bet he will either lie, or he will skirt the issue.

Who knows.

This is Cornell University I contacted not a friend, or local lab.

TL;DR - We have no idea what is going on with the birds, send us cash.

Basically what you get from places like that.

LOL I don't think Cornell University needs our money.

This is the the #1 Google Mobile product I wish I had for the iPhone. If I could save all my maps from my dskteop account on my phone, and create phone maps on the go, this would be a game-changer. Specifically, I would create wish list maps of all the restaurants I want to check out, broken down by (NYC) neighborhood and by cuisine. You could even sell mobile ads against them (sponsored by Zagats, etc.)Thanks for getting the idea out into reality...hoping us iPhone peeps are next up to try it.
