You know Hans, I get on google earth and see what the satellites took pictures of and wonder of wonders, what it that I'm seeing. I visited the forum there and found it quite lacking. Just what are people suppose to think? And it doesn't help when vast areas have fabric missing, or showing up elsewhere. Makes one wonder... |

Quoting: Isis7That would be the job of educators and science journalists. This happens to be a rather complex subject, and the article isn't that bad. Some subjects can only be simplified so much before they become meaningless. Some scientists are excellent communicators however, Penrose himself for example. The article is actually more about the influence of media attention, the 'observers', on the scientific debate, then cosmology. Reaching for the sky makes you taller. Hi!
