NK may have a few nuke devices, but nothing small enough to build a mine, unless the mine is 20' in diameter.

Only that Russia does not want any more land in the Far East, they have enough already. If they even get a chunk of land, they will be required to expand their own money and resources to rebuild it, and Russia has already done so in Chechnya, and doubt they will any additional post-war reconstruction projects.


Iraq is not a good environment to wage a partisan war, whereas North Korea is. U.S. still cannot win in Afghanistan, after so many years facing such a backward opponent.
