Tell her dad that you need to know, then get him to ask his daughter to help him pick out a ring for his wife. When they are at the jewelery store he can find out what her ring size is.

Never heard of foot size correlating to ring size, but I did have an old engineer buddy that told me, "Always look at a woman's ankles to determine how large she will get....God is the best engineer, he wouldn't give a woman big ankles if she wasn't going to need them!"
