nope, they set out a trap and caught the US & S-Korea running right into it. It is them who risked and therefore want war, death and destruction. The north is wise enough not to act like the aggressor (in this instance) and take the blame for a war all the kids around here on GLP, who didn't go to bed when their parents should have told them to, seem to want.

Not that the North is a piece loving nation and that I ever thought to use wise and North Korea in one sentence, but this time they acted for all our good.
