Breaking: Stressed Ashton Kutcher prepares to take the stand in ex-girlfriend's murder trial

With an upcoming court case bringing back memories of his ex-girlfriend's murder, it's hardly a surprise if Ashton Kutcher is looking far from his normal upbeat self.
The 32-year-old, who is expected to testify during the trial of suspected serial killer Michael Gargiulo, looked stressed and fraught in LA yesterday.
His supportive wife Demi Moore was at his side, as they left The Cube restaurant after lunch. But even so Ashton looked stressed as he marched several paces in front of his wife in their rush to get out of the rain.

It was revealed this week that the That 70's Show star has been requested to take the stand in the upcoming murder trial of 22-year-old model and student Ashley Ellerin.

Murdered: Ashley Ellerin, the former girlfriend of Ashton Kutcher
Ellerin was brutally stabbed to death in her own home on February 21, 2001, a night she was due to have a date with Kutcher.
Unfortunately he had rejected her offer to join him at his friend's house, instead saying he would visit her.
After his phone calls went unanswered, Kutcher went to Ellerin's home, but arrived later than planned.
