I once named a cat Kit E. Cat and we simply called her Kit however, the name will work for a male just as well.

Out of curiosity, did the cat pick up on your unique spelling of "kitty"?

Absolutely not however when we returned from the United Kingdom the British government official at customs certainly did.

The naming process was simple we did the back door check meaning we opened the back door yelled the name out several times and found that when we closed the door we did not feel like absolute fools calling the name so it stuck.

She responded to the can opener however, we did not call her can opener as it failed the backdoor check.

I realize your response was one of belittlement and if these types of posts peeve you then move on.

"Gentlemen!
I despise each and every one of you. The people who have supported this worthless nation, this system is YOU! To be precise, The majority of the people who are watching this are my Sworn Enemies! I am calling upon the minority among you people."

Two thousand years ago, a Roman Senator suggested that all slaves wear white armbands to better identify them.
-"No," said a wiser Senator. "If they see how many of them there are, they may revolt."

"Today young men on acid realized all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration... that we are all one conciousness experiencing ourselves subjectively.
There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.

Cute little guy sure I will take him just hope he knows to move out of the way of my lumbering clumsy but gentle St. Bernard who on winter nights has a cat or two sleeping on her and one under her neck.
