For all you guys following my two major threads, I had a question tonight that was crucial....tonight is dec. 17th which is my bday by the way lol, in all seriousness I'm putting a vid attached to this thread tomorrow afternoon. Only a parent can declare sovereignty at the time of birth to their child. Their is a reason that you can not leave the Hospitol until the Birth Cert is signed and a SSN is established. I was willing in the next two years to declare my child since she is a minor under law till 18, to declare her sovereign in case the economy shit the bed. I, just as well as you that are reading this, sick of the BS that is in this country and around the world. By declaring that for my daughter, she still has the right to live under my roof for the fact that I pay for the house she lives in. Just by reading through this, Legally as a "tenant" to my land, I should be exempt to pay taxes right?? or not??? If my property line has been paid for and that line exist to the sky, then I shouldnt owe anything because it is my land. Give me one contract in the U.S. that gives me that right and that will answer the question in court as to why I could never "own" land in the U.S. without declaring sovereignty to myslef and whatever grounds I walk. That is the system...The Native Americans got that but they were cheated. In particular the Lakota Indians leader had it right to declare their land against the U.S. corporation in which a deal was struck. Same with the Mohegans, and Pequots here in CT. They sold out to business tho. I still see State troopers on their land. I want my land to be free if I paid for it and I dont want someone coming on to it if I did own it "In the name of (blank) National Security"...Getting my point????

For those who do not know, the word "includes" means to exclude all else. In other words only that which is stated is the definition.

I've been trying to find some "official" information about capitalizing the entire Family/Clan (and even the given names). When is it acceptable if at all? I requested a copy of my live birth record (not to be confused with a birth certificate), both front and back. They sent my money back and said the back-side of the document only had the instructions on how to fill out the front. I re-applied for the front only and when I received it I was shocked!! My mother spelled the surname/family name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS!! The given name was done in proper English grammar (upper and lower case letters). I just requested a copy of my husband's live birth record and I'll soon know if his mother did the same. If his family name is also written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, then I know what the damn instructions say on the back side. I have a grandchild arriving in a few months and then I'll have my family take a copy of BOTH sides.
