Happy Birthday on Google Earth

I love to explore on Google Earth. I just found this birthday message written on what appears to be a horse exercise ring or some gravel paddock. I wonder if it was meant to be seen by the satellite or if these people have an airplane?
I haven't found a way to link to GE directly so I saved the coordinates and pageacaptured the image:
