Yes we are. Not a single confirmed contact with another race or any life on another planet.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1180417

I've never been to Australian but that doesn't enforce that it does not exist. I've never had contact from anyone in the South pole research station but that doesn't mean that the people there do not exist.

The ultimate ego says it's all about me and if I didn't see it or hear it, it can't exist.

...and we've been all the way to the Moon.

Yes, that confirms it. We're alone.

but we have been searching radio waves to see if there is any sign of life. none found yet. so if there is something alive, maybe it isn't transmitting radio waves?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1180968

The area of space we are able to search using SETI etc is the equivalent of searching for fish in the ocean by examining a cup of water.

But it's the best we can do right now.

However if advanced civilisations are out there communicating with each other, ship to ship, planet to planet, planet to ship, ship to planet... it's unlikely they're using radiowaves... to slow.

Almost every conventional form of data transmission is far to slow to be practical with such insane distances... even light is too slow.

If they are civ type II or something they might be using wormholes or some shit to transmit data.

That's only as many as we can count...there are far more than what we can see with our stone age tech.

No, that's it. I went outside and counted them all tonight.

I missed one, so I had to count them twice.

The universe does not exist.

It is an illusion that exists only in and as consciousness.

That is why the true distance between you and the furthest star you can perceive is ZER0.

Outside of consciousness there is nothing, nothing at all.

In which universe? There are 700,000 of them. did you mean the creation? Well, there are a lot more than that, because man only sees a portion of the creation thru his telescopes.

What bunk. The bible says no such thing, that I ever saw and if it does, MAN rewrote it and added it. the bible was written by man, NOT the Holy Spirit by the way and it says what the satanic controllers of this world allow in it. Other religions have space beings in them, not a problem.

There are an undeterminable amount of other Universes throughout INFINITE space, probably an infinite number of Universes in every possible stage of development. We finites like everything to be finite so we can pigeon-hole it then move on. Sorry, infinite doesn't work that way.

That's one heck of an ego, there. When the entire Earth is reduced to dust and we are all dead, the galaxy will continue, all galaxies will continue, the Universes will move on. We aren't important with respect to the conveyance of the works of the cosmos, but we are of service to the Mind of why we exist at all. (Notice I didn't say of great value, just of service)

Please quote me chapter and verse where the bible states that we are alone.

Additionally, I'm certain that we are not alone, but this planet is QUARANTINED until the end of the age, and the earth is made new. There is NO WAY that God would permit contact with this sick, degenerate, sin-filled, fallen world.

UFO's are real, but they are not form outer space. There is man-made technology that you (the lowly citizen) are not allowed to know about. And then there are demonic apparitions, like glowing balls of gas, etc...

The truth is very simple, but as usual, people love to be lied to and deceived, rather than seeking the truth if it happens to be somewhere they don't wanna go.

We're not alone... ever... in this vast expanse of Universe.

Major religions must be the last Earthly stronghold of the belief that it's just us.
